Two Concert Rooms at Richelieu
At 1 rue de Richelieu, near the Comédie-Française, Piano Académie offers a 50-seat ground-floor room with a Bösendorfer grand piano for weekend bookings and a first-floor room with a Kawai grand piano. A reception area is available after the concert.
Maximum capacity: 50 attendees.

Pricing and Available Options
Choose a simple room rental and manage your own ticketing and audience reception, or choose a package where Piano Académie handles ticketing and reception, with an additional 15% of ticket sales.
- First-floor room: simple rental from €500 excluding VAT on weekdays; ticketing package from €400 excluding VAT on weekdays, plus 15% of ticket sales.
- Ground-floor room: weekends only; €800 excluding VAT for simple rental or €700 excluding VAT with ticketing, plus 15% of ticket sales.

Rehearsal and Piano Tuning
- Rehearsal on the piano: €50 excluding VAT for 30 minutes.
- Piano tuning: additional €150 (including VAT) if required.
Host a Reception
With a 2-hour-30-minute booking, you may use the reception area. Piano Académie provides a table; you bring the glasses, plates, tablecloth, food and drinks, and clean the area afterwards.
An optional €150 including VAT service covers table setup, a tablecloth, disposable glasses and plates, fruit juice, an assortment of savoury biscuits, and post-concert cleaning.
Piano Académie does not sell or provide alcohol. The organizer may bring their own bottles. There is no refrigerator on site.
